Create a Paintball Sponsorship Package that you can use for years. This is a written document that let's people know what actions you will take on their behalf and what you would like them to do for you. It should also state the steps to achieve this.

- Explain who spends the money and why they can be trusted
- Your projected expenses and how you plan to cover them
- Explain how much time you'll spend seeking out new customers for them
- Any "What if" scenarios
Concluding Statement...
- Good paragraph restating everything
- A "Thank you in Advance"
- Call to Action - put them on the clock - "Looking for an answer Tuesday or Wednesday - which works for you?"
